Have your kids bring home their milk cartons from school each day or ask the school lunch ladies if they can save you a few. They are WONDERFUL seed starting containers. They are water proof so you will need to poke a few holes in the bottom for good drainage but they hold the seedlings well and best of all they are FREE!
